Have you ever experienced that? That feeling when it's really late at night and you're so sleepy, but can't sleep yet. Then, when the time comes that you can already sleep, you find that you can't even if you want to. Well, not really can't, but it takes a long time before you start feeling sleepy again.
I think it's pretty normal to feel that way. What do you do, though, when that time comes? Listen to mellow music to make you feel sleepy again? Read books? What else?
