The rainy season is upon us again. Let's all make sure that we stay healthy and free from cold s and cough frequently brought about by this kind of weather. Make sure you keep these in mind:
1. You NEED Vitamin C. Take supplements, eat fruits, or drink lots of fruit juices rich in vitamin C! It's your choice, just make sure that you get it. :)
2. Keep your surroundings clean!
3. If someone you know has caught a cold, then try to wear a face mask. Maybe you can even wear an air mask. Would that be too much?
4. Get enough rest! Don't overwork yourself. Take some time out to just relax for a while.
