Lately, I can't seem to control my appetite. No matter how much I tell myself that I should be on a diet, I always end up having too much rice - too much for someone who's trying to lose weight, that is. It's hard to resist eating when I feel really drained after a long day at work. After work hours, I just want to relax and relieve some of the stress. Yes, that's where the eating part comes.
I really have to do something about this. Must get back to that weight loss plan!
