Gained some weight!

I lost about 10 pounds ever since I started trying to lose weight early this year. But lately, with the way I've been munching on cookies and sweets, I'm not so sure I can keep losing weight, or even maintain my current weight. In less than a week, I already gained half a pound! And that is just unacceptable. I need to stop piling on lots of rice during meals and start swapping white bread with the wheat variety.

Though, of course, I could also try working out. I mean, I've never seriously tried to do it before. But, well, I might. :) I don't really know much about the types of workout that people do, but I'm sure I can gather something from the internet. I even found a site that features workout practices that look interesting enough. If and when I start working out, I might give the P90X Workout, Slim in 6, and 10 Minute Trainer a try. I'm hoping I can manage to do them even if I'm not very physically fit. I'm not really fond of doing physically exhausting activities, but if I really want to lose weight, I might have to give them a try. :)
